How long do I have to repay a pawn loan?
Standard terms are 1 to 6 months, with the option to extend, part-pay, or pay out early at any time. If you need longer, we can roll the loan forward. As long as the interest is kept up, the item stays safe in our vault.
What happens if I can't repay the pawn loan?
If you can't repay by the end of the term, the item is forfeit and we sell it to recover the loan. We never chase you for the shortfall — pawn loans are non-recourse in NSW. But we'd rather work with you to extend or part-pay if you can. Come in and talk to us before the term ends.
