At the valuation desk
Most straightforward visits take around 15 minutes. Unusual or specialist items can take longer because a careful valuation matters more than a rushed one.

Decades of experience. We've been around long enough to know a 1968 Rolex Submariner from a 2018 one, and to value vintage Cartier and pre-inhouse Omega correctly.

In store, every time. We check the case, bracelet, dial printing, lume application, movement (where the back is open or serviceable), serial numbers, reference numbers, and the model-specific hallmarks. Genuine Rolex, Omega, and Patek pieces have very specific weight, finishing, and engraving details that are extremely difficult to fake. If a watch fails authentication, we don't buy it.
They help — significantly. A "full set" watch (box, papers, original warranty card, all original links, manuals) commands 10-30% more than a watch without. We still buy watches without box and papers as long as they authenticate, but the offer reflects the missing provenance. Keep them if you have them.
It depends on the model, age, condition, box/papers, and current resale market. Steel sports Rolex (Submariner, GMT-Master, Daytona, Explorer) hold value best. We price against current authorised dealer and grey-market comparables, and we pay a fair share. Walk in with the watch, we quote on the spot.
Yes. We lend against authenticated luxury watches using the same valuation process. If you want the watch back after a set term (typically 1-6 months, extendable), a pawn loan is the way. If you're done with it, sell it outright for cash today. Either way, the watch stays safe in our vault while it's with us.
Yes — and we often pay more for the right vintage pieces. Pre-1990s Rolex, vintage Omega Speedmasters, vintage Cartier Tanks, vintage Patek Calatravas, and similar collectible references are actively sought after.
