01How do you calculate the value of my gold?
We test purity, confirm weight and consider the live gold market together with the item itself. The final offer is explained at the counter before you decide.
02Do you buy broken or damaged jewellery?
Yes. Broken chains, single earrings and damaged pieces can still hold value because the gold content can be tested independently of condition.
03Do I need a receipt or certificate?
Usually not. Bring any paperwork or packaging you have, particularly for bullion or collectible coins, but we can still assess many items without it.
04Do I have to sell after the valuation?
No. The valuation and explanation come first. You can accept the offer or leave with the item.
05What identification should I bring?
Bring current government-issued photo identification. NSW pawnbroking and second-hand dealing rules require identification for a transaction.
